He lists information on each of the earlier generations numbered after Henry's name but stops at the son, Henry.He is a long-time diligent Hoagland researcher whose work I respect and admire.From his website:
"Generation No. 3 20. Henry6 Hoagland (Henry5, Jacobus Jansen4, Jan Dircksen3 Hoogland, Dirck Janszoon2, Jan1) was born abt. 1769, and died Bef. December 13, 1793 in Kentucky. He married Rachel Ryker January 05, 1791 in Shelby County, Kentucky, daughter of Gerardus Ryker and Rachel Demaree. She was born June 19, 1773 in Tappan, New York, and died October 28, 1861 in Wapello County, Iowa; she is buried in the Mars Hill Cemetery.
Child of Henry Hoagland and Rachel Ryker is: 64 i.Henry7 Hoagland, born abt. 1792. He married Jane Peters August 28, 1814 in Jefferson County, Indiana."
