I don't have anything solid for you... but this is the only the second reference I've seen to a Charity Holton.
My gggrandfather Samuel Gregg's first wife was a Nancy/Ann Holton (b. 1819). I believe that her mother was Charity Holton (b. 1792) and that Ann had a brother Thomas Holton (b. 1817). They all lived in Chester County, PA, and I believe that Ann was born there. They were quite possibly a Quaker family.
Ann had three children by Samuel Gregg (Samuel Sylvester, David Thomas, and Anna Mary who died an infant). Ann died in the mid-1850s and Samuel remarried to Mary Ann Sheaffer (my line).
I have almost no information on Ann's surviving sons (I have a suspicion that they moved to Ohio) and no information as yet on her brother Thomas. I keep hoping to come across reference to them in PA Quaker meeting houserecords.
Not sure if this matches your data. I'd be very interested to hear you connection and interest in Charity and any information you may have on her.
