Joseph / John Homer, rent Receipt Earl of Dudley 4/22/1828
We have a receipt dated April 22, 1828.From what I am able to make out, it reads as follows:

"of Mr.(?) Joseph Homer, Exon(?) of the lat Mr. John Homer. Thesum of twenty-one pound 10 (shilling?) being one half years rent, due at ? 1827 to the Right Honourable the Earl of Dudley."
It was signed by John Piddike (?) Roberts
None of these names mean anything to me.Our family names, all descended from Ireland, are Gormley, Egan, Gaskin and Payne.
If this means anything to anyone, I would love some input.
