And these were Chrales M Burdens wives & information I have;
Chralie's first wife was Ester Ann Hornsby (daughter of Esther Falls & Brinkley Hornsby), she was born 21 March 1841 Lincoln Co., North Carolina and died 25 March 1862. She’s buried Hornsby Cemetery, Kingsville, Johnson Co., Missouri. They married 31 December 1857 Johnson Co., Missouri. (I believe I have a copy of this certificate). They had (at least) 1 girl, Mary (buried in Hornsby) & 1 boy, Charles L (buried in Gunn City Cemetery).
His second wife was Nancy Hornsby, (daughter of Mary N Donelson & Semartin V Hornsby) she was born 26 March 1838 Camp Branch Township, Johnson Co., Missouri and died 21 October 1872 Missouri. She is also buried Hornsby cemetery. They had 3 daughters, Sallie, Jannie (buried in Holden Cemetery), & Hattie (died very young & is also buried in Hornsby).
His third wife was Mrs. Mary C. Hornsby. They married 28 November 1876 Cass Co., Missouri by Justice of the Peace M. T. Parker (Found in Cass co marriage book). They had a child but it died in infancy and I believe Mary died around the same time. She was gone before the 1880 census.
