Transcribed from a handwritten copy in 1990 by a clerk in I believe the Abbeville courthouse, along with a copy of the fragments of Daniel Horsey’s will written in 1763.My copy is not the best quality, and the pieces are turned every which way and in no way complete.I am sure the clerk could make out the writing and the order much more satisfactorily, but there are still gaps in the transcription. The dashes show illegible or torn out places.
