As he died 1845 he should be on the 1841 census. There are only two possibilities. One Halifax and one Bradford. Both are married with a list of children. If you know his date of death accurately I assume you know where he died. If you post the place name I''d be able to narrow it. There are many Horsfalls around Halifax in Hebden Todmorden/Cleckheaton/Heckmondwike who were wire drawers. I have Mortimers staying with a Horsfall family in 1841 - the Mortimers were wire-drawers in the early 19th centery but became stone masons around 1840. The Horsfalls did the same in the same area. Both Mortimers and Horsfalls ended up running well-known building firms in Hebden Bridge.
