Thank you for this "heads up".It appears this is another Abraham Hudson b. 1750 and d. 1829 from a northern tribe of Hudsons.I couldn't get into the link to look around.
In working with several Hudson descendant listings, I now have listed as siblings to the southern Abraham Hudson, 1729-1806, s/o Henry Hudson and Mary Russell the following:Chamberlain Hudson, born +/- 1725 and died 1825 in Robertson County, Tennessee; Henry JR Hudson, born +/- 1735 and died March 25, 1790 in Wilkes County, NC; and the Powell descendant listing states there was also a brother John Hudson, born +/- 1730 and died +/- 1786 in Chesterfield County, VA.
The elderly Chamberlain Hudson was clearly traveling west when he died. One of the names I have on record in Arkansas is Edward Hudson, and Chamberlain had a son named Edward. The Arkansas Edward Hudson is listed on the 1820 tax list for Lawrence County Missouri Territory.
Edward Hudson SR. was born Dec. 25, 1756 and died April 4, 1845 in Randolph County, Arkansas according to the information I have compiled. His birthdate would make him a possible fit for son of the above Chamberlain. This Edward's daughter Eleanor "Nellie" Hudson married James Bellah who died in Lawrence County, Missouri Territory. She, along with at least one brother and one sister are the connections to the Bellah family there.
Edward Hudson was married to Mary Ann Wheat, daughter of Harris Wheat according to a post by Nancy Hutson in reply to one by John W. Hudson of the Hudson Association.
If anyone has additional information or corrections relative to the siblings of the southern Abraham Hudson, please post them for all interested persons.
Thank you again for your help.
