I Lydia Huffman of Fayette County and State of Pennsylvania being in perfect health of Body and of sound & disposing mind, memory && understanding --- Considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time where and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me hense: do therefore make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following, viz - First and principally I commit my soul into the hand of the Living God, and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my children; and after my debts and funeral charges are paid I devise and Bequeath as follows biz: I give & bequeath -- unto my son John Parker the sum of of fifty cents -- Item I give and bequeath unmto my son, David Jonson the sum of fifty cents -- Item I give and bequeath unto my son Jacob Johnson the sum of fith centers he having heretofore waived of the equivalent to what I hereafter devise to my other children Item I give and bequeath to my son Moses fifty cents -- Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Stinson and my Grand Daughter Lydia James all my movable property to be equally divided between said Mary Stinson & Lydia James -- Item # I give and devise to my Grandson Moses Johnson the son of my son Moses Johnson one horse and Lott of ground lying and being on the east side of Morgan Town street inUnion Town Fayette County Penn.
