My first source is the Humiston Genealoy by George and Louise Humiston.It says: Leva (Humiston) (Hotchkiss) Bliss, daughter of titus and Beulah (Batchelor) Humiston, b. August 17, 1780;married 1 in 1800, Charles Todd Hotchkiss, son of David Hotchkiss of Windsor, New York,b. 1776, d. 1812;married 2, Mr. Bliss.
Second, a few years ago, I was in touch with a direct descendant, Melissa.She added:Leva's tombstone says "Leve Hotchkiss Bliss". Information from Melissa, a descendant of Leva Humiston and her son Titus Hotchkiss.
