Still doesn't make sense. Why would he be married anywhere in Quebec in 1642 when his son was born in Montigny, Rouen, Normandy, France?
Leonard was born in Montigny, Rouen, Normandy, France and died there. His son Paul was also born in Montigny, Rouen, Normandy, France. So it doesn't make any sense at all that Leonard was married anywhere outside France. Maybe another county besides Rouen and maybe even another province besides Normandy but that's about it.
We know for a fact that Paul Hus, son Of Leonard Hus and Marguerite Lenfant, was born 16 Feb 1644/45 in Montigny, Rouen, Normandy, France. We also know he was married on 16 June 1669 in Cap-de-la-Madeleine and that he died in Sorel on 20th March 1733/34 and burried the very next day in Sorel.
So let's start from the known facts about Paul Hus and we can figure what information about Leonard Hus does make sense.
