Antoni Hussong was a French Huguenot who emigrated from near Payes Messen, France to Mimbach bei Bliekastel, Germany (present-day Saarland, a possession that belonged to Bavaria, and later was captured as French by Napolean). In France, his name was Antoine Husson. Antoni may well have been the first Hussong after he Germanicized his surname.I do not have much on the Clar line.
