Hi Sherri Thanks for responding to my message. I am excited to hear from you. I am sure we would enjoy exchanging informaton and get to know more about each other. My mom has the Hutto genealogy book. It may be the same one. I will borrow it from her and we could corrospond about the Hutto's.I live in Kingwood TX, not far from Intercontinenal airport. I am 51 years old married with two daughters in their twentys. I will stop by my moms house soon and look up so more storys or information for you. One of the brothers of Homer and Elbert was a retired Texas Ranger, I will get you his name if you don't have it. He was killed in a gunfight somewhere close to Vernon TX around the early ninteen hundreds in a saloon. The story goes a man acused him of cheating at cards, I'm sure there was whiskey involved. The man left came back and shot him first then Hutto returned fire killing him instantly. Hutto died later on. I will find more details, Elbert was told growing up and later in life his brother that was shot was big tough and had a temper. My e-mail address is patmauck@hotmail. Talk to later, Thanks so much, Patricia.
