John Inscho b abt 1817 Ohio

I would like to contact any descendants or researchers of the John Inscho-Alvira Delano family.They married 23 Dec 1836 in Kane Co. Illinois. I have a list of 10 children, but not their spouses.When and where did John and Alvira die?She reportedly died abt 1886 in Custer Co. Nebraska but I haven't found any documentation.Will appreciate any information.
