It appears that Thomas Reynolds was a land speculator.I was hoping he would be a relative.No luck!
Also, and it is years back, in Warren Co.,KY, I remember seeing a Hardy Allard mention.Can't remember if it was to do with the Isbells or Hickmans in general
Something else of interest is:Benjamin Forsyth had a bond on Thomas Isbell for 640 acres on Haspeth Creek in the State of Tennessee.Capt. Benj. Forsyth had a rifle company and was killed in a skirmish in 1814 in Canada in the War of 1812.He (Forsyth) had represented Stokes Co. in the House of Commons
Note:It must be just below Nashville (there were shoals there).
