I have just gone over the message that you wrote, the one I first responded to, and I now realise that the info that I asked for is there! But maybe you could correct me if I'm wrong.
As I understand it the Iselin that came here from Scotland went by the name of Caspar. My question now would be, is that Caspar Ronald or just Caspar?
The reason for my confusion is that my mum's father's name was John Ronald Caspar Iselin. And his father was Caspar Iselin who's father was Caspar Ronald Iselin. It's from that point with Caspar Ronald that I wasn't able to find any additional info, and thus my question. Was it a Caspar Ronald or someone just with the name of Caspar that came to Australia?
I would be very grateful if you were able to assist me in this thing.
