David:The only information I have so far on Thomas Ivens (my great-great grandfather):Thomas Ivens (a wheelwright) b.1834 Bingstead, Nottingham m. Mira ___ b. 1832 Staughton, Bedford
Their son my great-grandfather) John Edmund Ivens (a grocer & provision dealer) b. May 10, 1859 d. May 3 1946 Providence, Rhode Island, USAm. Jean Parker
Thomas and Mira had a daughter Mary E. Ivens (a millinery saleswoman) b. Rothwell 1863
There is a grand-daughter listed under this residence.Lilian M. Ivens (grdaur)(listed as 2 years in 1881 census) B. 1879 in Gainsboro, Lincoln.
I am trying to connect some dots with anyone.I am interested in the little girl.It seems she might be the daughter of Mary E. Ivens
John Edmund and Jean Parker had a son Sidney who was my grandfather. He married Lily Stimpson.
Any information on these people appreciated.
