Thanks for the information about Benjamin IVINS B. 1814, possible son of George Ivins and Priscilla. Could this George Ivins be George W. Ivins, son of Israel Ivins and Margaret Woodward? George W. was born in Freehold NJ which is where my mother said Benjamin's family lived. His wife is listed as Eliza Appleby in LDS records but that doesn't necessarily rule him out. I'm checking this possibility. Also Pat mentions a Richard Ivins. Benjamin's son George settled near Camden but his son Richard went to Norfolk, married a girl whose first name was Ruth and had one son named Richard Ivins Jr. This fits Pat's information. Colestown Cemetary is where Margaret Ivins Day's husband, Jonathan Day is buried along with other members of the Day family. He died in 1888. The Colestown Library has a listing of the burials there. according to something I read on the net. It would be great to see that list!
