Gosh, you are sooooo nice!Thank you! Well, my GGG-Grandmother Martha Jacoby Rarrick (sometimes spelled Rarick or Rarrack) was born circa 1805 in downstate New York, probably Greene or Delaware Co.Her father was Jacob Jacoby, for whom I do not have dates, but his children included not only Martha, but also sons Jacob, Steven and John, and other daughters Elizabeth, Mearia (Dikes) and Ireana (Inscho).Jacob's will is on-line at http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs.cgi/USA/NY/SteubenWill?read=9http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs.cgi/USA/NY/SteubenWill?read=9
His family---but not Jacob---are found at South Bradford Cemetary and more Jacobys:
Bathia:d. 13 Mar. 1857. ag 73 Jacob1828-1901 Elizabeth1836-1904 John D1864-1893 Rissie L1862-1918
and at Bradford Cemetery:

and at Monterey:

I suspect all of these are related due to the geographic proximity.About all I know first hand is that my mother (now deceased these six years) said there was a fellow named Jacoby who used to have an ice cream truck when she was a girl around Tyrone & Weston NY which is nearby...
If you have any detail about Martha Jacoby Rarrick in particular, my GGGGrandmother, I'd be willing to pay for it!
Phil ps:Oh, by the way, I believe my GGGGrandfather Garret Rarrick and Martha Jacoby had just two children...Charles W. Rarrick b. 12 Dec. 1834 and Henry Rarrick b. 1840.I also believe they separated or divorced later in life.Garret disappears from records about 1860 in Tyrone NY and my last reference to Martha Jacoby Rarrick is in 1875, living has housekeeper with a Walter Britton in Town of Orange NY near Bradford. Thanks again!Hope some of this info in helpful to you too!
