Hi Ronin
It's been a long time since you posted a message about the Jakeman's of Ripple but if you still have the information, I would be grateful to swap notes. My gg grandmother Mary Ann Jakeman was the daughter of Thomas Jakeman of Berrow, a carpenter - who I assume is the Thomas, we can find on te census records, married to Ann.Her first child William was born out of wedlock but she then married a William Hawkes and subsequently a John Mason.I would be most grateful to find out Thomas's wife maiden name and any of his antecedents.
Many thanksJoanna
