William Jarman was a charcoal maker, b. 6 Oct 1814 in Rye, Sussex, England. One of his grandsons, Charles Roy Jarman, b. 6 Oct 1864 emigrated to Ontario and from thence to Michigan. All of his sons moved to Everett, WA but Vernon returned to Cheboygan, MI where he raised 12 children. As far as can be determined, all of William's living Jarman descendants have come from the 3 sons of Charles.
Can anyone claim descent from one of William's brothers or cousins in Rye?
