Congratulations on your find and thank you for informing me.May I ask how you were able to obtain that record?
There is certainly an ambiguity as to the parents of Aaron Jeffreys, born ca. 1794. I have never found any birth or christening record on him. I am certain that he was a grandson of Joshua, but through which child of Joshua?Hannah, Henry and Aaron (1769) were all having children in the time period when Aaron (1794) was born. If the early NJ census records had not been destroyed, we might have been able to figure it out.
On a probability basis, I would go with Aaron's (1794) father being Aaron (1769) rather than Henry or Caleb. Makes more sense for him to have been a Junior than for Henry or Hannah to have named a son for their brother, Aaron.
Given that you have now found that record on Richard, maybe you will get "lucky" again.
