I've just found this website and I have the same ancesters as Alison, could I possibly see the family tree that your farther had done, as I've inherited a lot of information from my Great Uncle including photos, all a which I'm happy to share.
By the way the Jenkinsons are still in the Altrincham / Bowden area, I still live here and so does my Great Uncle.
