[Note:Nathan W. Murphy, Accredited Genealogist, transcribed the Will of Dorothy Fisher of Middlesex County, Virginia from a microfilmed version of the original will of Dorothy Fisher on FHL US/CAN Microfilm 2024834 Item 1 (page 42)]
For those of us who are descendants of Claude Vallott (b. ca. 1649) and his wife, Ann; or of John Nash and his wife, Mary, we must consider the relationships revealed in the will of Dorothy Fisher and cease referring to Dorothy as the mother of Ann and Mary Jenkinson.Dorothy clearly identifies her son, Thomas Fisher. All other persons mentioned therein:Richard Fisher, Ann Jancarson & Mary Jancarson, were cousins to Dorothy Fisher.
