Lars Sten's father was Peter Hallberg, so I assume that his actual surname must have been Petersson.One relative suggested that the children of Lars Sten who have the surname Wetterstrom chose it because the oldest son chose the name.Also John August Wetterstrom, the oldest son and my great grandfather, was a tailor for the Swedish army in the 1870-1890 time period.He married Catharina/Karin/Katrina Danielsdotter from Venjan, a flower girl in the king's palace probably a few years prior to 1870.
