Justice (male) died in gun cleaning 1952-1970

I am looking for a man with the last name Justice, I beleive from eastern Kentucky how was killed while cleaning a gun. I think he was a coal miner, married with 4 kids. 3 boys and a girl. Wife remarried and worked for telephone company. I beleive it was between 1952-1970. I just remember the story but no first names. Can anyone help?
