any connection to Kaesshafer?
My grandmother's maiden name was Kaesshafer but I can't find it in any of the forums. Is it possible that Kaesshafer is derived from some other German surname?Or that it was changed upon arrival in the US (they settled in Philadelphia)? If you have any information or suggestions about where I might look please let me know.
