Christine was from Russia, probably the Crimea.She was married to Prokof Kasper of Austria who was born about 1844, son of Wengil Kasper and Anna Schneider.
They had at least 4 children, August, Frank, Louisa, and Dorothy.

DAKOTA RESIDENT SUCCUMBS WHILE VISITING COUSIN---MRS. DOROTHY MILLER, 70, of Hazen, N.D., died today at the home of her cousin, Mrs. Art Bishop, 615 East Tenth street, whom she was visiting. She had spent the past five weeks with relatives here. A heart attack proved fatal.--- Mrs. Miller was born in Russia, Aug. 13, 1868, and was married to George Miller. She was a member of Zion Lutheran church at Hazen. Surviving are the following children, Mrs. John Roth and Mrs. John Wild of Darby, Mont., August Miller of Hazen, and Mrs. Al V. Dunker of rural route No. 1, Muscatine; a brother, Frank Kasper of Beulah, N.D., a sister, Mrs. Louisa Link of Golden Valley, N.D., 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A brother, August Kasper of Golden Valley died recently. Two aunts, Mrs. Joseph Bower of Hazen, and Mrs. Rosie Reinboldt of Estherville, Ia., also survive. The body was taken by the Meyers Funeral home to the Bishop residence this afternoon, where it will remain pending arrangements for rites.
