Louise (milligan)born abt 1912 North carolina she married ???Kaye. Louise was raised in New York with her parents Thomas and May Milligan.. She had a sister name of Catherine(Katherine)(Kate)she also had a brother Thomas Milligan the 3rd who past away in 203 in Naples Florida at age 87...
