Frank Boyd Keal, age 83, of Richmond, who was a loving husband, father and grandfather and a friend to all, died Sunday, July 29, 2007, at Reid Hospital.
He was born Aug. 24, 1923, in Rushville to Leonard Keal and Grace McKee Keal and had been a resident of Richmond most of his life.
Frank was a 1942 graduate of New Salem High School and was a member and elder of the Hodgin Road Christian Church. He was a member of the Andersonville 96 Masonic Lodge and a member of the Indianapolis Valley Scottish Rite.
Survivors include his wife, Iva Jean Stephen Keal, to whom he married Nov. 28, 1943; one daughter, Donna M. Keal of Richmond IN.; one grandson, R. Lee Turner III of Richmond; one sister, Vera Walton and her husband Verne of New Salem; nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Frank Boyd Keal will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2007, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road W., Richmond, Ind. Rev. Aaron S. Levering of the Hodgin Road Christian Church will officiate. Burial will be in the North Cemetery, Orange, Ind. Friends may call Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Doan & Mills Funeral Home.
