A recent message posted by Larry Silvey states: "I finally found a reference to "Lucity Airs Womack" in my maternal grandmother's handwriting in a listing of her immediate family. My grandmother was the daughter of Lucity Airs Womack and her husband, Thomas Henry Boswell. Even though the spelling of both first names is phonetic and may not be correct, it does confirm the middle name."
In the absence of a family bible, this is as good as it gets. There was a close connection between the Ayers and Keeling families in Habersham County, GA. The spelling differences are what you would expect if a person had never seen the name written, but had only heard it spoken.
