Jacob Kethly or Keithley, 1820 in Simpson Cty, Kentucky

I am looking for information on the family of Jacob Kethly or Keithley, living in Simpson County, Kentucky in 1820.I believe the family may have moved on to St. Charles County, Missouri a few years later, but I'm not sure.
