Searching for Christiana Kelsey

Hello,
I've been searching a very long time through a couple of years for a girl/now woman named Christiana Kelsey. I know at one point her mother lived in or near Renton, Washington. (Around 1996) Christiana was in a girls home with me in Pickton, TX. ('96) I also know her mother had ties to Florida and perhaps returned there after Christiana left the girls home (1997ish). I know her mother remarried and so there is a good chance that Christiana's last name is no longer Kelsey.

I believe Christiana would be a from 27-29 now. Any help or guidance on where/how to find her would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
