Louisa's grandparents in Feola's message may well be the parents of Hannah Kiddle. Hannah is either a relative or a sister of theparents to the first cousins on the Kiddle side who married in the 1880s and parented Louisa and my Mary. There were a lot of Kiddles in a Bunwell family in the 1850s in Bunwell so Hannah might have been in the generation before. My great, great, greats were a William and Rhoda but never knew Rhoda's maiden name. My grandmother's name was Mary Rhoda and her brother who died aged about 22 was a William so the names went down the generations. Your Hannah belonged to the people who were proud of a long hike from Dorset to Norfolk if I am right. It went on in family history as a story by word of mouth. I hope this helps alittle and I am sorry it has taken me so long to look at genforum. The message from Feola is relevant in how the family moved on in another direction. Was the Hill in your story born in Surrey or in Norfolk?
