I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800.
Note 1 - Without a KNOWN parish, the chance of an ancestor's rcds NOT being in this database is AT LEAST 35%.
Note 2 - Only 1/2 of Co. Cork's rcds are in this database.
Note 3 - The RC church kept control over most parish rcds from Tipperary (north). These are ONLY available thru the Tipperary Family History Research center at a substantial fee (regardless of outcome).
Kinnegad is in Co. Westmeath.
For Julia Kilduff B 1876, I found no B rcds anywhere at anytime in the database.
For Michael Kilduff B ???? in Westmeath, I found 11 B rcds beginning in 1778.
For Ann(ie) " B 1881 ditto, I found 1 B rcd. Father's name was Michael.
For Catherine " B 1875 ditto, I found 1 B rcd. Same father's name.
For Pat(rick) " B 1881 +/- 4 yrs, I found 1 B rcd in 1879. Same father's name.
For Christopher B 1889? , I found 1 B rcd in 1885. Same father's name.
For Thomas " B 1878?, the closest B rcd with a father named Michael was in 1893.
For a Bridget Austin marriage, the only M rcd is for 1874. A view of the M rcd SHOULD show their parents' names.
For a Michael Kilduff ", ditto.
For a Bridget Austin B ????, possible DOB are: 1849 and 2-1848 in Westmeath.
For Michael Kilduff B ????, ": 1842, 2-1834, and 1827. The 1842 date seems the most likely. Father's name for this one was Michael.
For B/M/D rcds post 1863, registration was civil. These rcds are kept by the General Register Office. Query this office at http://www.groireland.iehttp://www.groireland.ie for cert. copies.
Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Register, opt to be notified as rcds are added and browse. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
