No, Thomas who married Hannah was born in 1819 to Thomas and Eleanor (nee Killiy). Thomas and Ann are definitly a different couple despite the same maiden names. Possibly sisters? Thomas and Eleanor had four children I believe, and one of them I think was John who married Emma. T&E definitly had three children and the fourth (John) is yet to be completey proven. That is why I am very interested in any info on your John and Emma.
It was the 1861 census in Liverpool that indicates John was Thomas' (who married Hannah) brother. I think that is because John shows up as living in the same residence as Thomas at the time.
All that said, it's still a bit of a mystery.
Wouldn't mind a copy of John & Emma's certificate somehow, fax? mail?My fax no. in NZ is: +64 9 6264 619
