Hi Helen!
I'm not completely sure how the relationship goes, but as I understand, all the Kilmers (Killmers) in this area date back to emigrating from Germany in the early to mid 1700's.The data I have is spotty, and may be incorrect but I show 2 different Isaac S Kilmers in my database (actually 4 Isaac's)Isaac Simon (1831 - 1901) was married to Mary C Sigler (1838 - 1898) and had 8 children. My records show all 10 were born and died in Gallatin, NY.The best I can tell, this Isaac is my 3rd cousin 4 times removed.I don't have this Isaac connected with Rance (or in my records: Rensselaer 1856 - 1946) that Isaac (1882 - 1967) married Emma Hicks.
I also have Isaac (1850 - 1932) who married Mary E Miller (1855 - 1939) and Isaac (1849 - 1883) who married Mary J Philips.Can you help straighten this out for me?Thanks, Ben
