Mrs. Bice, 84, of 1304 Spruce St., Hollidaysburg, died at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, 1981, in her home, after a brief illness. Mrs. Bice had worked for the Allegheny Lutheran Home, Hollidaysburg. She was born Oct. 15, 1897, in Saxton, the daughter of Samuel and Margaret (Houp) Kemberling, and Dec. 26, 1917, in Altoona, married Frank L. Bice, who died May 17, 1981. Surviving are three children: Mrs. Virginia VanZandt and Mrs. Anna Yeager of Altoona and William H. of Mansfield, Ohio; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother, Gaius, of Baltimore, Md. Mrs. Bice was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Hollidaysburg; Faithful Workers Sunday School class, American Legion Auxiliary, Fort Fetter Post, and Moms of America, Hollidaysburg. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Plank & Stitt Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the first United Methodist Church, Hollidaysbug.
Services for Ethel B. Bice of 1304 Spruce St., Hollidaysburg, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the First United Methodist Church, by the Rev. Guy W.
