I did contact the Janice directly a couple of years ago on this family, and due to a crash in my system I lost some emails. Janice are you still out there?
Anyway now that more information is available online I am going to have another look at this family. One vital lot of clues are the Death Duty records now available online at The National Archives website. The details are:-
John Kingerley Date of Probate 21 June 1809 Executrix Mary Kingerley (John's wife) Executor Richard Kingerley (eldest son)
Rebecca, wife of John Morton Allcock (daughter and my line) John William and Mary Ann Allcock (Grandchildren) Richard Kingerley (son) Mary Kingerley (wife)
Other info Estate to wife for life. After her death to son John - if John had no children then to Rebecca Allcock for life If John became entitled to Property left by Joseph Ellerd to his (John's mother) then an increased annuity was to be paid to Rebecca Allcock and to Grandchildren after Mary's death.
Mary Kingerley Date of Probate 29 July 1809 Executor Richard (son)
Legatees Rebecca, wife of John Allcock Maria Ann Allcock (Grand daughter) John Kingerley (son) Richard Kingerley (son)
Other Info Apart from some items mentioned, there does not seem to be any particular variation from the general wishes of John Kingerley.
Any KIngerley researchers who are not in contact with me, feel free to do so.
