JOHN KIRBY of Limerick, c. 1830
Hello,
I'm looking for any information on my gggrandfather, JOHN KIRBY, who married KATE SYNAN in 1858 at St. John's, Limerick. They had at least seven children (I have sketchy information on some, but solid on at least five). Most of the girls took orders in the Sisters of Mercy, one emigrating to NZ, another to NSW. Their son John married a Conway (name unknown—place of marriage unknown), and their son John became a priest in NSW, Australia.
Here's what I have for him and his children. I'm hoping someone can help me fill in his backstory.

I have info that there might have been another of the girls who took orders, as I have records of a Sister Mary Acquin. I have sent a query to the Cork chapterhouse for the Sisters of Mercy, but haven't heard back yet.
Anyone? Anyone?
