Koblers in Wuerttemburg

Does anyone know how to access records of Births Deaths and Marriages in Germany?Specifically Wain, Donau, Wuerttemburg.I'm trying to trace Koblers (not Kueblers or Kublers) in that area.And I can't speak German!My great great greandfather was Friedrich Kobler, born 16/2/1848, and emigrated to New Zealand.Or has anyone already got information about that branch of the family?
