Mrs. Floyd Landrus, 79, of Chatsworth died at Fairbury Hospital Saturday, July 4 after a lingering illness. Funeral services were held Monday at the Hanson Funeral Home with the Rev. Leroy Bula officiating. Casketbearers were George Knoll, John Ruppel, Lee Tornowski, Frank Gingrich, Walter Grieder and Irvin Teter. burial was in Chatsworth cemetery. Mrs. Landrus was born in Leavenworth, Ind., January 11, 1885, the daughter of John and Sarah Parkhill. She was married to Floyd E. Landrus on Feb. 16, 1921, in English, Ind. Surviving are her husband a several nieces and nephews. Her parents, two brothers and eight sisters preceded her in death. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
