========================================================================================== FAMILY NOTES Marriage(1): William and Anna were married by Rev. Daniel Fidler (received as a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church in 1789).
There were three Fidler ministers in the ME denomination back at that time, Daniel and Noah,who were brothers were circuit riders in the first circuit established - the Redstone Circuit which was said to include all of the Monongahela Valley.John Fidler, was their cousin; he was received as a circuit rider in 1785.The Fidler line goes back through Ephrata Cloister and back into New Jersey just as some of the other Leas associated lines such as the Fahnestocks do.
