Hi, Terry
No, the Remini book doesn't cover Caroline LeRoy's death. She was fifteen years Webster's junior, and lived on thirty years after his death (he died in 1852, she in 1882).So her death is a little outside the scope of the book.I'd be interested to know what happened to her after his death, whether she lived out her days at the Webster home in Marshfield MA or went back to New York City where her family was.The book indicates that there was tension in their marriage, and suggestions of infidelity on his part, and there were times when many around them expected them to divorce, but they did not.
She must have been liked by Webster's children even though she was not related to any of them; one granddaughter was named Caroline LeRoy Appleton.
But, to answer your original question, I've seen several confirmations that Webster, both wives and all five children are buried in the same plot in Marshfield.
