Hello there Stuart: Thanks for your reply to my message. I have some information about my own direct family predecessors, but little beyond that. My father was born in London, within sound of Bow Bells, so was a real Cockney. He was born in 1897 to Henry Charles Limbrick, and Letitia Caroline limbrick (nee Lawrence). He had two brothers younger than Himself, Hubert Milman Limbrick and Dennis Hall Limbrick. He also had an older sister, Letitia Moore (Limbrick)who married and emigrated to Australia. His father was an assistan librarian in London, but I don't know precisely where. His mother was a nurse in WW1, and married a Canadian named Marston. She, her new husbsnd and her sonsmoved to Canada shortly after the end of the war. Mr Marston died shortly after they arrived in Canada.
My grandfather Limbrick died when my father was very young. I can send you a bit more information about Dad's family if you are interested, or if any of what I have given you here rings a bell with your parents. Do let me know if you are still interested. Happy Hunting!Pat K.
