THEOBALD OSCAR LINDGREN, son of the tea-planting pioneer Oscar LINDGREN (1857, Islington, London; 1946, Kalimpong, India) was born in the Dibrugarh district of Assam in 1880.
Theo married KATE LOUISE HUNT at Holy Trinity Cathedral, Rangoon, Burma in 1915.By the 1920s, they were in London, where he ran his own confectioner's shop in Putney.It is said they had two daughters.
It is said they went to Portsmouth and contact was lost with them during the war.
Theo died in 1939, at Hounslow, Middlesex, at the home of his wife's niece, G. M. Hall.
