On 4 Oct 1710 the entry read 5 over 10 yrs and 3 under 10 yrs; and on 24 June 1711 the family was recorded with 6 pers over 10 yrs and 1 under 10. The household was registered with 4 over 10 and 1 under 10 on 25 March 1712, and with 5 pers over 10 and 1 under 10 yrs of age on 24 June 1712. Conrad Lein aged 56, Maria Marga Lain aged 46, Juliana Lein aged 18, Margareta Lein aged 14, Anna Maria Lain aged 12, Abraham Lein aged 10, and Conrad Lein aged 7, were in N.Y. City in 1710/11.(Palentines In N.Y. City), Conrad was mentioned in a vague referencw in N.Y. Col.MSS.Vol 57, p. 189b dated 1712. Conrad Lynus bought or leased 200acres of land in 1713/14 on the Ramapo Tract in Bergan Co. N.J., and he vought several purchases of wheat, rye, peas, sugar, as well as a cow, horse, qand a wagon that year.(Ramapo Account Book). Papers in the estate of Comradt Lyne of Bergen Co.,N.J. were issued 1 May 1738 and an inventory made of his personal property (N.J. Wills:Lib, C, p.194). The children of Conrad and his wife were: 1.
