I know from stories that my Grandmother told me that she grew up in a beautiful home in Harrisbug and it faced the river. She attended Penn State and was a miliner. My Great Grandfather over saw the building of the first iron bridge in India...I have the letters he wrote to my Grandmother from there, and my brothers have his diary and travel receipts.I also have wonderful photos and tintypes.
I would love to have any information that you might have concerning the Lingle and Bernheisel families.Birth, marriage, and death dates; other relatives; military records for the Civil, 1812, and or Revolutionary Wars.I don't know if your Harry Lingle and my Harry Lingle are one and the same, but if they are we are surely related!!Hope to hear back from you.Thank you!
