If above doesn't work, try Family Tree Maker.com and type in "Archibald Linthicum" for a search. My source was from a couple years ago, but you should still be able to locate the information.
This is really the full extent of the information I have on this line, since it was not in my direct line and I didn't carry the search any further then the names above.I hope this makes a connection for you. Note:there are brothers Archibald and Abner, about the same time period of your ancestors, and they are sons of Hezekiah Linthicum (1773-1768) and Sarah Bateman (1713-bef. 1778).I do not have any positive tracking on an Abner Linthicum (as above ?) married to Rachel Stewart.
I would be interested in hearing from either you or Frank R. Linthicum if you can make any positive connections to my line from your respective lines.
Good luck in your search.
Sincerely, Bruce Burgee Geibel Woodstock, Georgia
