I purchased a book titled Marriages and Deaths from the Maryland Gazette 1727-1839, Compiled by Robert Barnes, Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc., Baltimore, 1973, today in an antique shop in Marietta, GA. Thought some of the LINTHICUM descendants might be able to use this information:
LINTHICUM, Miss, daughter of Hezekiah Linthicum, drowned Sun., on the South River. (July 2, 1767.)
LINTHICUM, Abner, Sr., and Mrs. Elizabeth Pitcher, were married 2nd inst., by the Rev. Mr. French. (Dec. 18, 1828)
LINTHICUM, Mr. Stephen, died Tues. last, on the north side of Severn.(Sept. 17, 1829).
GAITHER, Washington, and Henrietta Linthicum, both of A.A. Co. (MD), were married Tues. , 16th inst., by the Rev. Mr. Linthicum. (Dec. 25, 1828)
MARRIOTT, Barzillai, and Elizabeth (Linthicum), daughter of the late Amasa Linthicum, all of A.A. Co., were married 11th inst., in Balt(imore, MD), on Thurs. evening, by Rev. William Collier.(Dec. 18, 1834)
