There must have been at least two Dabney LIPSCOMBs who were physicians during the same timeframe, but in different locations.
The Dabney LIPSCOMB who is my children's ancestor was the son of William LIPSCOMB and Ann Day COOKE, I believe. He was born May 9, 1806 in Louisa County, VA and married Milliscent Harris Scrivner on January 16, 1838 in Carroll County, MS.
